Competency assessments, weekly sprints, a commercial knowledge hub, lean training and the creation of executive packs with projections, options and recommendations to help tell the story and provide compelling cases for change are all delivering outcomes for the business, including multi-million dollar savings, positioning Commercial Services as credible providers and achievers.
