Stream 3: Leveraging Blockchain and AI to create visibility and accountability throughout the supply chain

Amit Ghildyal works for Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG) at Australian Department of Defence. He is currently finishing his PhD at [email protected] under supervision of Professor Elizabeth Chang. He is passionate about developing a framework for agile Information Technology Governance in public sector that will enhance contractual relationships to drive innovation. Amit has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, an MBA, and MCIPS.

Amit has worked with large global corporations across Asia-Pacific in a variety of operational and corporate roles, and functions including Procurement and Supply Chain Management. He led the implementation of a web-based collaborative global data-centric supply chain information system in the Asia Pacific region; this led to a transformational impact across procurement and supply chain, such as, enabling cascading procurement metrics and visibility of key program deliverables. His recent experience is with Government across procurement and contracting, business improvement, and supply chain Compliance and Assurance.
