As the Vice President of Kelly Outsourcing and Consulting, Peter advises and provides innovative solutions on talent supply and management. His expertise lies in creating tailored solutions that help organisations align their talent strategy with their business strategy.

Peter brings over 16 years human capital experience to his clients, having successfully designed, implemented and managed numerous Managed Service Provider (MSP) programmes and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) programmes across multiple geographies. Having worked in Europe and Asia, he is passionate about helping organisations make their workforce a strategic asset. With a profound understanding of organisations’ need for diversity, he crafts strategies for his clients to broaden their reach and connect with new pools of talent, while aiding them to adapt their global practices to meet the local country’s legislative and business operating environment.

He has a Bachelor of Science, a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management, Certified Contingent Workforce Professional (CCWP), Certified Strategic Workforce Planner (HCI) and an Executive MBA. His specialities include RPO, MSP, Outplacement, Contingent Workforce Outsourcing, Executive Search, Business Process Outsourcing and Human Resources Consulting.
